Using AvertSignal

By using AvertSignal, you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is authorized for your business and for keeping account credentials and contact information current.

Accounts and subscriptions

Subscriptions, fees, and billing are presented at checkout or in the applicable account experience. You agree to provide accurate account and payment information and to use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Third-party services

AvertSignal may work with customer-configured or third-party services. Those services remain subject to their own terms and availability. AvertSignal does not replace the responsible person, provider, or system that performs a repair.

SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms

The AvertSignal SMS and Mobile Messaging Program sends messages only to subscribers who have opted in or otherwise provided consent. Messages may include requested information or links, scheduling, one-to-one follow-up after an established interaction, demo or follow-up coordination, onboarding, account-related information, and customer-service messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may cancel or opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you will no longer receive messages unless you subsequently opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or using AvertSignal products or services. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the AvertSignal Privacy Policy for how mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS messaging consent are handled.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.

Content and service changes

You retain responsibility for information you provide. AvertSignal retains its service, software, and intellectual-property rights. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.

Availability and limitations

AvertSignal provides evidence and guidance based on available signals and configured systems. Service availability and results can depend on third-party systems, connectivity, and account configuration. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated in writing, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Termination and updates

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or AvertSignal. We may update these Terms by posting an updated version with a revised date.
