About AvertSignal
Independent protection for the systems behind every customer path.
AvertSignal helps protect revenue with early warning when customer paths break. It spots problems in the systems behind discovery, contact, lead delivery, follow-up and repeat business, so the right person can act.

Why I built AvertSignal
Richard Kahanek, founder
I’m Richard Kahanek, founder of AvertSignal. I help business owners protect the revenue they work hard to earn.
Over 15 years in sales and lead generation, I’ve seen how unnoticed problems can turn potential customers into missed opportunities. I built AvertSignal to help businesses catch those problems sooner and understand what needs attention.
My approach is simple: speak plainly, focus on what matters, and help owners spend less time wondering whether things are working and more time running their business.
The problem we address
A website can be online while its forms fail. Analytics can record a conversion while the lead never reaches the CRM. A CRM can be available while routing leaves an opportunity without an owner. These failures live between otherwise healthy tools, which is why they can remain hidden.
What AvertSignal helps protect
AvertSignal is designed to observe supported signals across digital visibility, Google Business Profile and local presence, reviews, citations, website health, indexing, customer actions, CRM lead flow, routing, ownership, follow-up and other revenue-critical handoffs.
Keep the people and tools you trust
Your CRM, website platform, phone system, booking tool, agency, marketing team, and staff can keep doing their jobs. AvertSignal finds, explains, routes, and verifies problems around them. If nobody owns a clear fix or setup, AvertSignal can discuss a separate Fixes & Setup project.
Who it serves
AvertSignal is built for service businesses, multi-location operators and agencies responsible for customer-acquisition paths that cross several providers and teams.
Operating philosophy
Unknown is not healthy. A reported repair is not a verified recovery. A useful alert should explain what changed, why it matters, who should investigate and what evidence would prove the path recovered.
