Information we handle

AvertSignal may handle account, business, contact, and support information that you provide. We also receive information submitted through public-site forms, service usage and technical information, and information processed from customer-configured connections when that is needed to provide the service.

How we use information

We use information to operate, secure, support, and improve AvertSignal; to communicate about accounts and service activity; to respond to requests; and to meet applicable legal or safety obligations.

Payments and service providers

Subscription payments are processed through third-party payment providers using their hosted payment experiences. AvertSignal does not ask customers to provide payment-card numbers through this public site. We may use service providers that help us operate AvertSignal, subject to appropriate controls for their role.

SMS and Mobile Messaging

AvertSignal may send SMS/mobile messages to individuals who have opted in to receive them. Messages may include requested information or links, scheduling, one-to-one follow-up after an established interaction, demo or follow-up coordination, onboarding, account-related information, and customer-service communications. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with AvertSignal. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing or using AvertSignal products or services. AvertSignal does not sell, rent, share, provide, or otherwise disclose mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or SMS messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use service providers to facilitate messaging or other services on our behalf. Those operational providers may process mobile-number or SMS-consent information only for that role and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing and retention

We share information when needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect people or AvertSignal, or respond to a valid request. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the service, support, security, and applicable obligations.

Security and choices

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction. You may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing, subject to applicable law and service requirements.

Children and updates

AvertSignal is not directed to children. We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated version here with a revised date.
